Our toy library processes personal data from registered members, volunteers and (former)contributors to the toy fair
Our toy library processes the following personal data:

- Address
- Telephone number
- Loan and (possible) fine history
Within our toy library, the administrator is responsible for the processing of personal data.
For what purpose do we use your personal data?
If you wish to become a member of the toy library and/or start working as a volunteer, we need personal data. Using this data, we can properly register you as a member, collect membership fees, and contact you if toy loan periods are exceeded.
Once you are a member of our toy library, we want to provide you with good service. We use your name and email address to maintain contact with you and inform you about membership-related matters.
How long is my personal data stored?
Personal data is processed for no longer than is necessary. After termination of membership, we delete the personal data within a year.
Exchange of personal data
Our toy library does not exchange personal data with external parties.
